Utilizing industrial internet technology, the base achieves digital management throughout the entire process, from raw material procurement and production to quality inspection. This increases production efficiency by 60% compared to traditional factories, achieving a product qualification rate of 99.8%. The base also includes a research and development laboratory, collaborating with research institutions to develop environmentally friendly auto and motorcycle parts. It is projected to have an annual production capacity of 3 million parts, annual revenue exceeding 1.5 billion yuan, and create over 500 jobs. The local government stated that the base will promote the development of the regional auto and motorcycle parts industry cluster, reduce procurement costs for automakers, and improve the industrial chain layout.
